Fabric Inspection

As a fast growing sportswear manufacturer, we always pay strict attention to the quality control of our activewear products. From the selection of fabrics, we use cloth inspecting machine to check the fabrics, so as to provent any damage, misplating, dyeing defect on cloth.

Pre-shrink Fabrics

When it comes to shrinkage, we have to take shrinkage into consideration for your custom garments. You may have noticed that the clothes will inevitably shrink when washed and dried. But now, we have the ability to "pre-shrink" the materials used to make your custom clothes befor cutting, thus avoiding unwanted shrinkage.

Full-Scale QC System

Hence, full-scale quality control system has been taken into the whole production process to ensure that not a single piece of defective products entered into the markets.
