1. Send us Tech Pack Whether you want to make athleisure, athletic, workout or fitness clothes, it's important that we can figure out your design. You can send us any hand drawings, mockup, sketches or reference samples that we can get known what you want. We will go through all your details as fabrics, colors, sizing, designs, logo techniques, before proceeding to the sample and bulk order. This documment is called Tech pack, which serves as the specification and design file for your custom sportswear.
	2. Select Premium Fabrics & Colors Once we get known the designs and styles of your sportswear, we would suggest you some qualified and appropriate fabrics for you. Thanks to our closeness to the largest fabric markets in China, we can find the fabrics that you need in a fast manner. And we can made to order the colors according to your Pantone colors if the existing swatches were not match your desire.
3. Cutting Fabric When the patterns are settled, our pattern maker would print the patterns so that we can cut the fabric as the design of your activewear. The paper pattern indicates all the specifications and details of your custom sportswear, so that a private lable sportswear manufacturer knows how to cut and sew it up.
	4. Sample it! When the sample comes up, we'll mesure it in reality and send you for confirmation. After that, we can also send you a super comprehensive sizing chart which graded every measurements between sizes. Test your design and check all the aspects of your custom activewear so that potential modification can be considered before production.
5. Go in the mass production Once you approve the custom samples and about to bring it into mass production, we start mass production by integrating your design to our activewear production line, which covers an area of 6,000m2 and possesses over 300 experinced workers as well as advanced sewing machines, so you can rest assured that the whole production process will go smoothly and that all details are as planned.
	6. Quality Control With the highly sophisticated division of labor we have today, Minghang Garments as a matured sportswear manufacturer, we are strict with the quality management under ISO9001:2008 quality certification system, hence full-scale quality control system has been taken into the whole production process, so as to prevent any possible issue.
